Many in the university community have been watching the news unfold in Afghanistan. To faculty, staff, students and alumni with ties to Afghanistan, we appreciate that this must be a particularly difficult and worrying time.
We encourage students, faculty and staff to reach out and access supports available through My SSP or the Employee and Family Assistance Program.
We also know a number of individuals have reached out to members of our university community for support to leave Afghanistan. We are currently investigating what can be done to assist those individuals.
