The Faculty of Arts and Science encourages faculty to take students abroad in support of internationalizing their educational experience, as well as to take advantage of faculty exchange opportunities. International Course Modules, which allow faculty to incorporate intensive international experiences into the framework of existing undergraduate courses
Research Excursions, which offer students the chance to participate in practical or experiential activities, contributing to faculty research as part of their coursework
Summer Abroad, programs designed to provide a short-term academic international experience. Courses are taught by faculty from U of T or from the host universities
Field Courses, which enable students to conduct independent research abroad
Faculty Exchanges, which engage faculty in research and teaching abroad
