Rikki Zhao is the Director, China Partnerships based in Beijing. Rikki provides on-the-ground resources for divisions and Vice President portfolios in China, contributing to the further development of U of T’s academic partnerships, alumni engagement, recruitment and student orientation, and government engagement. She works closely with our Hong Kong office as well as with George Dai, our Business Development Officer in Shanghai.
From 2015 to 2019, Rikki had been the Senior Manager of Global Admission and Collaboration in the MBA Program of School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. She previously worked at the MBA Program of Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Her experience also includes working at the Embassy of India, Beijing as well as time as a TV journalist and as a radio production assistant in China. She has a Master of Public Policy from Pepperdine University in California and a BA in English Literature from Capital Normal University, Beijing.
